Exclusions Your AuraCare membership does not cover: • Restorative treatments such as crowns, veneers, implants, or root canal treatments (except back-tooth crowns and root treatments, which receive 10% off). • Cosmetic treatments (note: free whitening is included after 6 months during your first year). • Orthodontic treatments such as braces or aligner therapy. • Provision, repair, or replacement of dental implants and related superstructures. • Treatment required due to dental injuries (including denture damage from accidents). • Fees for local or general anaesthetics, prescriptions, and laboratory costs. • Any treatments not specified within your membership. Additional Notes • Replacement retainers are included only if damaged and ineffective, limited to one pair per year.
