1. Implant placement not related to a guarantee replacement Your plan includes free-of-charge implant replacement if the original implant (placed at our clinic) fails and all guarantee conditions have been met. However, the following are not included: -Placement of new implants unrelated to failure (e.g., additional implants, elective implants, aesthetic upgrades). -Surgical procedures not directly related to a guarantee-approved replacement (e.g., elective bone grafts, sinus lifts for new treatment plans). -Restorative work or lab fees for elective or cosmetic upgrades.2. 2. Guarantee / free replacements — conditions & limits -Covers only implants originally placed at our clinic. -Replacements must be carried out exclusively at our clinic. -Eligibility depends on full compliance with maintenance, hygiene, and clinical recommendations. -Failures caused by any exclusions listed below are not covered. 2A. If a replacement implant is not clinically possible -If a free replacement implant cannot be safely or predictably placed due to insufficient bone, anatomical limitations, systemic medical conditions, poor healing potential, or any other clinical contraindication, the clinic will provide a suitable alternative restorative solution free of charge. -The type of alternative restoration will be determined by your clinician based on what is clinically appropriate, safe, and in your best interests. 3. Maintenance & compliance (mandatory) To remain eligible for benefits and the lifetime guarantee, patients must: -Attend all scheduled plan visits (minimum two check-ups & two hygiene visits yearly). -Maintain excellent oral hygiene and follow all clinical aftercare instructions. -Be dentally fit: no active, untreated dental disease (caries, gum disease, infections). -Complete any recommended treatment required to stabilise oral health before guarantee claims can be considered. Failure to comply voids the guarantee. 4. Smoking, vaping & tobacco use -Failure or complications related to smoking/vaping/tobacco use are excluded. -Current users are not eligible for free replacement under the guarantee. Reinstatement requires proof of sustained cessation. 5. Parafunctional habits (bruxism, clenching, wear) -Implant/crown failure due to unmanaged bruxism is excluded. -Continued eligibility requires compliance with protective measures (e.g., nightguard). -Refusal to wear or purchase recommended protection voids related claims. 6. Trauma & accidents Implant or crown damage caused by trauma, accidents, sports injuries or external impact is excluded unless covered by the optional Accident & Emergency upgrade. 7. Neglect, misuse or non-approved procedures Failures caused by neglect, missed maintenance, poor home care, unauthorized adjustments, or treatment by another provider are excluded. 8. Systemic health & medication-related risks Failures linked to uncontrolled medical conditions (e.g., unstable diabetes) or medications that affect bone/tissue healing (e.g., bisphosphonates) are excluded, unless written clearance is provided. 9. Cosmetic and elective treatments Whitening, veneers, cosmetic crown upgrades, aesthetic alterations and elective restorative changes are excluded. Lab fees for elective cosmetic work are not included. 10. General dental treatments outside implant maintenance Fillings, root canals, extractions, orthodontics, periodontal therapy beyond routine maintenance, dentures, and specialist treatments are excluded. 11. Lab, referral, medication & imaging costs Lab fees, external referrals, prescriptions, sedation, and advanced imaging beyond plan-covered X-rays are excluded. 12. Emergency treatment costs Priority access to emergency assessments is included, but the cost of actual emergency treatment is not covered unless under a separate scheme. 13. Missed or late cancellation fees Costs for missed or late-cancelled appointments are excluded. 14. Pre-existing conditions & non-clinic implants Implants not placed at our clinic are excluded from guarantee coverage. Issues stemming from pre-existing untreated dental disease are excluded. 15. Claims process & cooperation -Failures must be reported promptly. -Patients must attend assessments, follow diagnostic recommendations, and allow the clinic to provide indicated treatment before eligibility is confirmed. -Outside treatment before assessment may void the claim. 16. Fraud & non-transferability Benefits are non-transferable. Fraudulent or misleading claims result in termination and loss of guarantee rights. 17. Termination & suspension Membership or guarantee eligibility may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, repeated missed appointments, or failure to follow clinical advice.
