Excluded goods/services

Please note: All new patients must attend an initial full dental check-up before joining any membership plan. During this visit, the dentist will assess your oral health and recommend the most suitable plan based on your individual needs. Membership plans cannot be taken out prior to this assessment. Restorative treatment such as crowns, implants, veneers, root treatments etc. Teeth whitening and any cosmetic treatments. Orthodontic appliance therapy (‘braces’). The provision, repair or replacement of dental implants and related superstructures. Any treatment needed as a result of a dental injury (an injury to the teeth or supporting structures (including damage to dentures whilst being worn) which is directly caused suddenly and unexpectedly by means of a direct external impact). Fees for local and general anaesthetic, pharmaceutical items, prescription fees, and laboratory fees. Any treatment not specified in your membership. *If you choose to cancel your membership plan before the end of the 12-month period and have already received treatment included in the plan (such as check-ups or hygiene appointments), you will be liable to pay the full private fee for any treatment received. Any payments already made under the plan will be deducted from the outstanding balance.
